Each townhouse accommodates 5 students. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, and 1 single bedroom. The second floor has 4 single bedrooms and a full bath and a half, with a whirlpool tub. The third floor is a loft/media/game room. If you’re a large group of 10, you have the option of renting both townhouses. This will give you two living rooms, two kitchens, two refrigerators, and additional living and storage space! Heat and electricity are included!
Living room is equipped with a 50” Smart TV
Bedrooms have matching desks, dressers, full size beds, 32” Smart TV’s, curtains, blinds and a full-length mirror
